Delinker doesn't delink if file namespace is in local language

If the file is included in the wiki page using localized file namespace name (for eg: "പ്രമാണം:" in Malayalam language instead of "File:"), delinker does not remove the redlink.

In the Delinker log it appears as "File link not found in page".
