Bot change two file names.. First was correct ("Silesia.svg" to "Coat of arms of Silesia.svg"). The second not ("Flag of Silesia.svg" to "Flag of Coat of arms of Silesia.svg").

I found similar bugs a few times in last year. It happens when old filename is short and is part of another.
