Avoid leaving multiple adjacent blank lines when removing images

Removing this image (which had a blank line before it, and a paragraph of text after it) resulted in two adjacent blank lines in the wikitext. This causes a <br> element (not previously present) to be added by the html renderer, and should be avoided.

Ideally, the whole line should be deleted, including the NL/whitespace.
