Incomplete removals in Vietnamese

On Vietnamese wikis, CommonsDelinker incompletely removes images that are embedded in articles using the full image syntax (as opposed to via a template parameter). For example, in the following edits:

• https://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Đặc_biệt:Khác/63794548
• https://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Đặc_biệt:Khác/63815361
• https://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Đặc_biệt:Khác/63815503

the following syntax:

[[Tập tin:Example.jpg|thumb]]

is replaced by:

[[Tập|thumb]]

which effectively links the caption to an unrelated article.

In the Vietnamese localization of MediaWiki, the File: namespace is Tập_tin:, which is commonly entered as Tập tin:. I wonder if the incorrect behavior is related to this quirk of the localization.
