Link to file breaks on interface if name includes an apostrophe

If you look at the log for removing the file File:Jody's, Liverpool.jpg, the link to file cuts of at 'File:Jody' and links to the broken https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?page=File:Jody
