CommonsDelinker strips file namespace prefix when renaming files
When a file has been renamed and CommonsDelinker changes an image link the file namespace prefix is sometimes stripped breaking the link. For example in https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=5_Astraea&diff=prev&oldid=1048314440 File:5 Astraea Symbol.svg was changed to Astraea symbol.svg.
