File Candidates, enhancement: Do not propose image if already P18 of other human

File Candidates just proposed me https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Randy_Smith.jpg to illustrate https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q16193865 even though that picture is already the P18 of https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q7292436

It is very rare that a picture chosen as the P18 for a person contains several people (I would crop any such image as soon as I see it). The odds that the picture found by the tool contains the person of the existing P18 and the person we are looking for are practically zero.

Thus, when suggesting pictures for humans, the tool should filter out pictures that are already used as the P18 of another human. It would make us more efficient and reduce the risk of error. Among the first 10 items I processed using File Candidates, 3 would have benefited from this. Thanks! :-)
