Detecting CC-BY-NC-SA as undefined

http://tools.wmflabs.org/flickr2commons/?photoid=8597924190 I found it with https://tools.wmflabs.org/fist/wd_species.php which should not detect these unfree files. And F2C should not list them if not compatible with Commons. Something is wrong here. I didn't se this, so tried to upload it, and got Filinfo-error 3.

Resolved with new tool version.

Same with http://tools.wmflabs.org/flickr2commons/?photoid=6281370384. Detected with the first-script, and F2C only detects its license as undefined.
