Issue with uploading

Images not uploading "area around the image turns blue when I try to to "transfer", but never goes red or green and the image doesn't make it through to Commons." See discussion here: (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Flickr2commons#Recent_Observations)

It's keeping the tool from working, hence it is blocking it.

I have the same issue. I haven't been able to use this tool for a while, if memory serves correctly. Started happening the same time the text entry fields were shortened, almost as if displaying for mobile view.
