Suggestion: Screen and warn for duplicate "Flickr photo ID" alone. Not just in combination with the flickr file name. If the tool finds a duplicate let the user decide what to do. As it now is I do not know when I am uploading a duplicate image with simply a changed flickr file name, or with a minor improvement in the lighting. If I purposely want to upload an improved image I should be able to do that, but I want to be warned in case it is accidental. Bengt Nyman

Not helpful. Should be mostly resolved with new tool version.

I do not know of a way to automatically find a Commons image with a specific Flickr ID. Do you?
