Use Clipboard API for pasting Flickr URL

It would be very handy to copy the URL of a Flickr user/photoset/album/photo and be able to paste it in flickr2commons w/o having to manually extract the corresponding ID. Technically this could be done using the Clipboard API which is supported by all browsers in its basic form.

    Resolved with new tool version (not "clipboard API", but new input field for URL to be parsed).
