feature request: detect flickr NSID from URL

There is an API endpoint here which can detect the NSID from a user's photos/profile URL.

It is not always straightforward for users (at least me :-) ) to figure out the username when it differs from the user URL, it would be useful for this to be figured out automatically when provided with a URL.

So, if NSID/user_id lookup fails, perhaps this API endpoint can be queried. Also, the text box label "Flickr user ID or name," can maybe have " or URL" or something similar added.
