Tag uploads with flickr2commons

Since we're using OAuth I think it's possible to automatically add this tag when editing (as in Special:Tags kind of tag).

Right now we rely on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/207 to add the tag. This makes the AbuseLog very noisy (because your tool is so popular :).
