not finishing loading

I did not manage to upload pics since last night around 5pm CET. I get two different versions of this - either the first page of the bot keeps loading forever, or, the few times it does load, I can enter URL and picture ID, but as soon as I press the start button it shows forever to be running. Tried on two different Windows machines.
