Image not uploading

Hi, When I try to upload https://www.flickr.com/photos/ewood_eddie1968/33396409533 via the “Flickr URL” option I get description stuff (second image),

When I try to upload via “OR single Flickr photo ID” I get a blank page (first image),

The image doesn’t appear to be on Commons prior to the tool-usage or after,
