Not tagging duplicates properly

It seems like Flickr2Commons doesn't detect duplicates anymore if they're uploaded under a different name on Wikimedia Commons. I uploaded https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Barnes_IMG_7676a_(49965516197).jpg and it turned out to be duplicate of https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Saturday_evening,30_May_2020_National_Day_of_Protests_Against_Racism%26_Political_Repession_along_West_Mulberry_Street_-_Baltimore_MD_IMG_7676a.jpg, but since they were uploaded under separate names it passed through undetected and now there's a mess to clean up. Please fix this ASAP.
