Video Screenshots

Is there any way to have the tool screen out videos that are trying to be imported? Currently, they get imported and result in a random and (almost always) useless screenshot like this one. Its frustrating because all it does is crowd up the Flickr images needing human review category and it is pretty hard to get them deleted.
