geograph2commons not working at all since 2021-04-22 (hangs at "Uploading...")

It looks like no-one has managed to upload anything using geograph2commons since yesterday. The last successful upload was by me at 14:18: File:River Cherwell beside Christ Church Meadow (geograph 6335017).jpg.

Since then, every time I've tried to use it, geograph2commons has successfully displayed the description from Geograph, but the "High-res image" link ends up pointing to "undefined" and the process stops with "Uploading..." displayed.
