Geograph2Commons only returns an error

I press the run button, there's a pause, and then it gives the intriguingly unhelpful message, "ERROR: Warning". And stops.
Incidentally, the tool still links to the Wikimedia talk page https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Geograph2Commons which seems to be unmonitored

It seems this only happens for images that begin with the number 3, which seems to be a known issue. Previously nothing happened. It just worked for another image that began with the number 2.
