Does not work for geo.hlipp.de or geo-en.hlipp.de

When trying to upload images from geo.hlipp.de, nothing happens at all; when trying to upload from geo-en.hlipp.de, the code section of the Commons file is displayed, but then the tool seems to freeze and does not upload the file.

Also, when the geo(-en).hlipp.de page contains an Umlaut, Eszett, or accented letter, the tool does not work at all.
