use HTTPS for OpenStreetMap links

Hi. I think the headline says it all. Currently the OSM links by GeoHack are HTTP, not HTTPS, and surely it would be good to change that. While you’re at it, you may want to check HTTP availability of other services for which GeoHack creates links. Thanks!

I forgot to add that I was looking at the GeoHack output produced in the German Wikipedia. The URL parameter language=de seems to make the difference. In the English Wikipedia, OSM links do use HTTPS. I did not check any other languages.
