Add category "Images from Library and Archives Canada"

Hi Magnus,

My name is Shannon Perry and since January I have been running the Wikipedian-in-Residence pilot program here at Library and Archives Canada. I was speaking with Alex Stinson this morning, and he mentioned that I should speak to you about having the category "Images from Library and Archives Canada" added to the BAGLAMA 2 so that I can check the metrics monthly.

I am on this project until May, so if I could get a few months of solid metrics on LAC images in Commons, etc before I write my report (and then monitor monthly thereafter), it would help the project along tremendously. Also any tips you have to extract meaningful data would be greatly appreciated. :)
