GLAMorous always queries Wikidata

GLAMorous always queries Wikidata, and there isn't a way to toggle it off and only query Wikipedia or another sister project.

This makes it difficult to do an art query when there are many thousands of images used on Wikidata, but only a few hundred used on Wikipedias in various languages.
