Wikiquote links broken

The tool appears to generate misformatted wikiquote links. For instance, when the link should be en.wikiquote.org, the generated link instead points to enwikiquote.wikipedia.org; rather than pl.wikiquote.org, it links to plwikiquote.wikipedia.org, etc. Thanks.
