It seems that reasonator needs to be cloned and its public_html directory put in the reasonator directory under web server root, and same for magnustools alongside it.

However, this leaves a broken symlink from reasonator/resources to /data/project/magnustools/public_html/resources. I suspect this link could be removed and references to 'resources...' in the HTML be repaced with '/magnustools/resources'.

This also leaves an empty magnustools/resources/TimelineJS directory, presumably intended to be replaced with clone of https://github.com/NUKnightLab/TimelineJS

Fixing the broken symlink and cloning TimelineJS still does not obtain a working local reasonator for me -- I just see the top navigation from "Reasonator" to the "powered by wikimedia labs" horse logo.
