Catfood: When using for articles, all edits show up, not just when it is added to the category

I tried to configure it to get a feed for all featured articles on Swedish Wikipedia, with these settings: https://tools.wmflabs.org/catfood/?language=sv&project=wikipedia&category=Wikipedia%3AUtm%C3%A4rkta+artiklar&depth=0&namespace=0&user=&size=300&last=10&doit=Do+it

However, that shows all edits to the articles and not only when new articles are added to the category. Is that possible to fix?

(For context, I am setting up this for all quality levels and then an IFTTT recipie to make a twitter bot tell about all these promotions.)
