Missing topics: problem with apostrophes

The Missing topics tool finds some missing articles that actually exist. The problem comes from apostrophes.

For example, https://tools.wmflabs.org/missingtopics/?language=en&project=wikipedia&article=The+Beatles&category=&depth=1&wikimode=0&nosingles=1&limitnum=1&doit=Run

The tool offers to create Sgt. Pepper\'s Lonely Hearts Club Band (song) but the article Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (song) already exists.
