This has also been reported as https://bitbucket.org/magnusmanske/flickr2commons/issues/31 but is not only happening with that tool. It seems that any authorization via https://tools.wmflabs.org/magnustools/oauth_uploader.php?action=authorize is failing with the error Error retrieving token: mwoauthdatastore-request-token-not-found.
