Catalogue import - Character limit on 'Catalog URL'

When importing this new catalogue , the 'catalogue URL' that I entered on the import page has been cut down to 128 characters.

The URL I entered was: http://www.unesco.org/new/en/communication-and-information/flagship-project-activities/memory-of-the-world/register/full-list-of-registered-heritage/registered-heritage-page-1/

The (broken) URL which ended up as the catalogue link in mix'n'match: http://www.unesco.org/new/en/communication-and-information/flagship-project-activities/memory-of-the-world/register/full-list-of

I'm assuming this is a character limit as I can't see any other reason for the cut off point
