importer tool says I'm haven't authorized WiDaR when I have

I tried using the importer tool, but it says "ERROR: Not logged into WiDaR!" I double-checked and WiDaR is authorized. When I tried to re-authorize it though, my browser timed out. Sorry if this should have gone as an issue for WiDaR--I'm just not sure which one is having the problem. I've used WiDaR-using tools in the past without problem. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue.
