Allow updating of dataset

I have created https://tools.wmflabs.org/mix-n-match/#/catalog/3535 and I would like to expand this catalogue as there were more ACM journals that I did not see initially.
It would be nice if there was an way to update the dataset or even use a url for dataset.

Supporting. I have about 5 directories filled with erroneous duplicate data, when I would like to correct or delete some entries, giving room for the correct values. But there's no way to fix this now other than disabling and re-added the catalogue.

This feature could be very useful also in my case. I’d like to add records in catalogs that I created without a scraper.
