Functionality broken on Mix'n'Match

I'm finding several features have not been functional on Mix'n'Match the past day. I haven't tried every tool, but I know that the Visual Tool does not load at all, Wikidata descriptions do not load on the list pages, and trying to create a "New item" in "Names in other catalogs" does not do anything. I am trying at the new toolforge.org URL and with a clear cache, and other colleagues working on the same project on other computers have reported the same issues.
