"New item" button stopped working with many catalogues

Regardless of whether the linked property exists or not. When you click New item - the object simply becomes faded and freezes until you refresh the page. No new item is created or linked.

Not at all. In https://mix-n-match.toolforge.org/#/catalog/20 and propably other primitive, old catalogs it doesn’t work.
