Top groups page is bugged

If a catalogue is removed from a group, the group itself is duplicated with -1 and the same title (see "music genres" duplicates). The duplicated group cannot be deleted and the entire page on the website is really unusable because of this.

In addition the limit of 20 (or so) directories in one group seems wrong. Because of this you have to split groups with the same meaning.

someone have removed music genre groups, but the page is still bugged and duplicates group when you edit them, e.g. “Theater people” group is currently duplicated 21 times
