Scrape parameters should be displayable and testable for everyone (and editable for the maker)

In one of the catalogues, scrape has stopped working, although the parameters of the site don't seem to have changed, but the new values are not adding after the autoscrape. The new IDs are being added on a weekly basis there. In the current realities the only way out is to disable the catalogue and create a new one to check and fix the error, but that' s not optimal.

Also, there needs to be symbol replacement available at any time - I occasionally find new characters with diacritical marks that cause scraping to give incorrect IDs.
