can't create a pagepile

After I attempt to create a PagePile, I get redirected to “The URL you have requested, https://tools.wmflabs.org/index.php, doesn't seem to actually exist.”

    It is really weird - I’ve tried 4 different browsers on two different computers, also in incognito mode and it is still the same problem, while Alex Monk (from WMF software team) told me he is able to create pagepiles without a problem.

    I’m wondering if it is because of the lack of logging in? I’m unable to log in because of some token issue…

    I’ve also checked from a third computer running on Ubuntu, from a fresh browser (that never used PagePile). The problem persists 😞 Please, help! 🙂
