Timeline: show appropriate strings for string changes (native label, official name)

Tsarskoselskiy uyezd https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q15303128 has had three names. The Timeline shows points for the name changes, but the details only show the years and what Q they are from, including the main label, which is one of the names, but no actual new name, which is confusing and not very useful.

On the screenshot, the point is when the uyezd was renamed from Царскосельский уезд (Tsarskoselskiy uyezd) into Детскосельский уезд (Detskoselskiy uyezd), but the main label is Царскосельский уезд.
