Of Qualifier not shown for Position Held data

Data from the Of qualifier (P:642) is not shown when showing data about the Positions Held (P:39) property of a person.

This leads to sentences such as "He was/is mayor from 2009." instead of "He was/is mayor of Frederick from 2009."

I'll see if I can make a patch to fix this, but I'm also filing it here for future reference.
