Delayed translations

I have seen the submitted translations being delayed more than once, they are truly submitted (there is no error, and it is displayed in the recent change), but does not appear at the production site. And, after I reload the Translator interface, the translation field of all strings involved is still empty and can be submitted. This seems to be solved after a certain number of hours or days. Manual refresh JSON link is no effect.
