Right to left (RTL) support

Hi,

Right to left languages seem to be completely unsupported in Tool Translate. The UI of the tool itself, the table cells in which translations are shown, and the input boxes in which translations are edited all have left-to-right direction.

The source language must have its source language direction (ltr if it's English) explicitly set, the target language must be explicitly set, and the direction of the UI of the site itself must be explicitly set, too.
