Welsh language (cy) - interface tweaks for WikiLovesMonuments Wikidata

Hi Magnus

I would like to change these translations for Welsh please:

• alert_no_results
• wlm1
• wlm2

(A colleague has given feedback including alerting me to the community's existing name for Wiki Loves Monuments.)

Problem: every time I try Tool Translate they seem to revert back to the old translations!

(Happy to do this via git/Bitbucket pull request if that's easier for you?)
