please add "using URL2Commons" and link to its page to the uploads comment / description / edit summary

Hello, when using this tool to upload the files, it just writes following text as comment / description / edit summary:

"Transferred from https://example.com"

it does not say anything about what tool was used to doing the transfer, it is seen in both "Uploads" page of users and files' pages.

Please add / mention "using URL2Commons" and link to its page when this tool is used, by doing this, it will be clear and obvious that the "Transferred from https://example.com" was not written manually and one tool was use to transfer the file and all users / people will easily know it.

Can you please do this? thanks.
