Every edit should be checked by a second player. And only if both players clicked the same button (e.g. "same topic") the edit is performed.

It's not forcibly double-checked on Wikidata, shouldn't be in the game either. Recent Changes is the double-check...

This is a duplicate of
#8. But the title of that issue should be changed to something more intuitive to prevent such duplicates. "Double check" is a good title for instance.
