Before adding entry to RfD, it should automatically move items to new one, or we should have individual page for review merge with items and command BeneBot to move it?

@Hsarrazin: BeneBot* supports moving items, but it is restricted to admins only.

• I was adviced that there may be false positive, so it would be better to have a page for benebot move.
