Date game : living people with fixed birth

many times, I had a person with birth date already fixed, and who is alive...

in terms of game, I think people born less than 60 years ago, with fixed birth, and no death date should not be proposed, since most are already alive...

There should also be the possibility to "remove" a fixed date... I had many obviously wrong birth dates (like 1/1/2013), that I could not remove from the game, and had to go to wd to fix (which is not easy on a mobile).
