Date game: Existing dates of birth & death formatting

When an existing date of birth/death property is shown, and it is just a year, it shows as the 1st of January of that year. Probably has similar issues to defaulting to the 1st when you have just the month and year?

According to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikibase/DataModel/JSON#time, 9 is year, 10 is month and 11 is day.
