All games : too quick edit on pads and phones

Sometimes, when playing on pad, when answering on an item, I very briefly see another item, before the next one is displayed...

It seems that this evanescent item can be edited (with the same choice) without me intending to edit it, caused by the finger move on the screen.

Is it possible to add some delay between items to avoid unintended edits, that may be wrong.
