Merge game: Language settings are broken

The setting "Never show languages" propably doesn't work at all or it doesn't work with ~40 language codes.

The setting "Prefer languages" without the tick behaves strangely. It should be simplified to apply only when items are loaded, and then show pages in preferred language(s).
