Accents breaking suggestions in Commons Category game

There are problems with all suggested categories if they include accented characters. E.g.

• "Aleksander Żabczyński" was suggested as "Aleksander Å»abczyÅ„ski"
• "Gare de Feuquières-Broquiers" was suggested as "Gare de Feuquières - Broquiers"

I can confirm this. Seems to be degression because it work some weeks ago

I guess it is a encoding problem of the whole application since in the statistics one can also see such strange characters instead of the correct letters
