Mention ability to filter for Language in overall description

Thanks for fixing issue #6!

It took a bit until I discovered the settings, as the choice of a random game is quite tempting to not continue scrolling.

To increase the UX tremendously imho it would be sufficient to mention the ability to specify further settings further below, probably directly mention the language option.
